Ingredients:
2 cups (180 g) natural dried banana (homemade or store bought)
¾ cup (150 g) palm sugar or brown sugar
½ cup (90 g) roasted peanut
¼ cup (30 g) roasted sesame seed
½ cup (150 g) pineapple, finely ground
1 tbsp (20 g) fresh ginger, finely ground
⅓ cup (50 ml) coconut milk
1 cup (70 g) dried unsweetened coconut
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup (240 ml) water
